  1. Italian Cheeseburgers

  3. Serving Size: 4

  5. 1/2 pound ground beef, extra lean
  6. 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage
  7. 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  8. 1 egg
  9. 2 cloves garlic -- finely minced
  10. 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  11. 4 hamburger buns -- grilled or toasted
  12.  
  13. Mix the first 5 ingredients together and form into patties. Place on grill and cook to desired taste.

  15. Top with cheese just before removing from the grill. Serve on hamburger buns.
